Frequently Asked Questions

Can I upgrade or downgrade packages?

Yes. As your business grows you can move up a tier, and we’ll tell you when we think you’re ready based on transaction volume, job count, or revenue. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I go over my retainer hours?

Every package includes a set number of retainer hours. Work beyond that is billed at your tier’s hourly rate rather than quietly absorbed, so you always know what you’re paying for. We flag it before it happens, not after.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. Service is month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.

Do you offer a discount for paying annually?

Yes — pay annually and receive one month free, roughly an 8% discount.

What accounting software do you use?

QuickBooks Online for all clients. The subscription is billed separately by Intuit and paid directly by you.

Can you work with my existing CPA?

Absolutely. We coordinate with your CPA for tax planning; your CPA prepares the return. If you don’t have one, we can refer you to a trusted partner.

How long does onboarding take?

We run a structured onboarding with a 60–90 day stabilization period — cleaning up historical books, setting up systems, and training you on Profit First.
